What is Colibri?

Colibri is an AI meeting assistant for remote workers. It records your online calls, transcribes them as you speak, and generates concise searchable meeting notes that can be easily shared with teammates.

How secure is Colibri?

We are committed to keeping your data private and secure. We do not sell or share your data with anybody (except as necessary to respond to lawful requests, etc.). You can learn more about our approach to security here.

How do I add Colibri to a meeting?

If you install the Colibri.ai app for Zoom, Colibri will automatically record all the meetings that you host.
If you want Colibri to record and transcribe a Zoom meeting you don't host or a non-Zoom meeting, you should go to New Meeting page and add Colibri to your call using your dial-in number and Meeting ID.

What web conferencing platforms does Colibri work with?

Colibri is tightly integrated with Zoom. You can learn about the integration here.
It also works well with Google Meet, Webex, BlueJeans, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, RingCentral, UberConference, and other platforms that provide dial-in numbers for meetings.
You can also transcribe an audio file by uploading it to Colibri.

Does Colibri have integrations with other services?

We have a native integration with Zoom. You can learn about the integration here.

Can I transcribe other audio recordings?

Yes, you can transcribe an audio file by uploading it here.

What languages do you support?

Out of the box, Colibri supports English only, including a wide variety of non-native accents. Other languages are available to Pro and Business plan users upon request. Please contact us at info@colibri.ai to request your language.

How do I highlight important information in the meeting?

You can highlight important information during the call by clicking the Highlight button on the Live Transcription screen or by simply saying “Hey Colibri, take a note!”. You can also highlight important moments in the Colibri transcript after the call.

How can I improve transcription accuracy?

If you have a paid Zoom account, we highly recommend activating the Zoom integration to improve audio quality and transcription accuracy. You can learn about the integration here. During the call, participants should keep close to the microphone when they speak and avoid situations where several people speak simultaneously. You should also try to minimize background noise if possible.

How do I export my recordings from Colibri?

You can export your transcript or highlights summary by clicking the copy button in the top-right corner. Just paste the text wherever you want to keep it. If you need to export your audio files please contact support@colibri.ai.

How do I reset my password?

If you want to change or reset your password go to /app/auth/recover, enter the email that you used at sign-in, and we will send you a link to a form for changing your password.

Why do I need to enter the number of speakers?

By entering the number of speakers you help our algorithms to better identify who said what during the meeting. We highly recommend providing this information after every call to ensure accurate, readable transcripts.

What happens to a deleted meeting?

If you delete a meeting no record will be retained by Colibri. Before you delete a meeting, please make sure you don’t need it anymore. Or make a copy of the transcript if you might need it in the future.

How do I delete my Colibri account?

If you want to delete your Colibri account, please email us at support@colibri.ai.
